The American Taekwondo Association (ATA) is the largest organization dedicated to the martial arts discipline of taekwondo, and is the founding organization of other international affiliates that include the World Traditional Taekwondo Union (WTTU) and the Songahm Taekwondo Federation (STF). The ATA organizations consist of over 1,500 schools and clubs with over 300,000 members.
ATA Family Martial Arts is a proud member of ATA Region 109, which includes more than 40 schools throughout Colorado, Western Kansas, and New Mexico. Our nationally-ranked instructors are ATA certified and each have years of martial arts experience. Our instructors are also ATA-certified in Olympic style sparring, Protech Weapons, and joint locks.
To complement your training and provide a unique opportunity to meet other ATA students, the ATA sponsors hundreds of tournaments throughout the U.S. each year. The Colorado ATA sponsors four regional tournaments annually, where interested students can participate to compare their skills and abilities with the best in the region. The ATA also sponsors two National Tournaments (Spring and Fall) and the Summer World Championships in Little Rock, Arkansas.
